The following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week.

 

CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS, AND LATE ARRIVALS.

24-hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The client will be charged the full price of the missed service. Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without canceling  or without contacting us by telephone or email will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. To ensure that we deliver the best possible haircut and customer service to our clients. We have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time give us the proper time to comfortably complete your service. We cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment We reserved the right to refuse to decline any service to a client who is 15 minutes late.
